Membership Fees For 2007/08 Season

• Adult ordinary membership £22.00

• Concessionary membership £11.00

• Over 70's membership FREE**

• Three rod levy £11.00

Adult = A person aged 17 or over, Concessionary = Junior (12 to 16 years old), Senior Citizen (65+ years old) and Disabled (valid permit must be provided).

** = On production of the pervious season's membership and a valid E.A. rod licence in the applicant's name.

Where To Purchase

The Beacon Angling Club membership book can be purchased from Milton Keynes Angling Centre. Usually the new seasons book is available from the beginning of June. However the previous season book can be used until June 15th.

Please note that you need to provide a valid E.A. rod licence in your name at time of purchase and you can only purchase a licence when paying with cash.

Guest Tickets

Guest tickets are available for Mount Farm lake only, they will not be available on match days and in the month of June. They can be purchased from Milton Keynes Angling Centre. These tickets are only available to current members, who may purchase a maximum of two guest tickets per day on production of a valid Beacon membership book. The tickets are valid from midnight to midnight. The accompanying guest must fish the adjacent peg.

Life Membership

Life membership may be given to any ordinary member, this shall be on the occasion of the AGM. This membership will only be given for recognition of service to the club or any other reason considered worthy of such an honour, by the committee

Three Rod Levy

If you have the appropriate E. A. rod licence's then you can purchase a levy, which will allow you to fish with three rods on Mount Farm lake only. This is very useful if you are a carp angler. Just provide your valid E. A. rod licence on purchase of this levy.

Affiliation

If you purchase the M.K.A.A membership book when you buy the Beacon membership book you should receive a discount on the price of the M.K.A.A membership book. Also once you have purchased your Beacon membership book you will be able to fish D.A.T.S. and Luton A.C. Canal. The D.A.T.S. permit is accompanied with the Beacon Book and is only valid if it is attached, which must be carried at all time on these waters and shown on request. The Luton permit is available from Mr J. Stubbings, who will issue you with a Visitors Card and a Day Permit Number which is required to complete the Visitors Card. Refer to the membership book for further details on how to contact Mr J. Stubbings.

Resignation From Membership

Any club member may resign their membership. This shall be by notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary. The member shall be liable for any dues or debts to the club which became payable or were incurred before the date of resignation.

Replacement Of Membership Book

If you lose or damage your membership book you can recieve a replacement for a charge of £1.00. Replacement is by post, you need to contact the Honorary Treasurer via post for this replacement.
